Owners and Fleet Drivers may begin their orientation on either Monday or Wednesday. You must call the Recruiting Department to schedule an available date. Lunches will be provided.
Orientation at FTI enables you to ask questions, meet your individual driver manager, become familiar with the paperwork requirements, and tour our facility. To ensure that you receive the best training available, please review the following checklist.
All documents should be brought with you to orientation. If bringing originals, FTI will make copies for you. Should you have any questions, we will be more than happy to help you. Please, do not hesitate to call.

Proof of Ownership

• Original ownership
• Copy of Bill of Sale, to include: Vin#, Model#, Amount of Sale, Signatures from Buyer and Seller, and Date of Purchase

Completed Application for Employment

• Copy of Driver's Abstract
• Copy of Criminal Search
   * Please note that neither may be more than 30 days old

Valid Emissions Test

• Not more than 12 months old, if your vehicle is older than 3 years

DBA or Corporation Documents if Applicable (with EIN)
